This Privacy Policy has been created to disclose our information collection, use and disclosure practices for the QuickPic Pro Gallery application.

QuickPic Pro Gallery Services
This Application require some android device permission:
- Permission WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to help user save photos or videos after edit.
- Permission READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO to access image and video files on the user's device, display to user.
- Permission INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE to help user using internet.
- Permission SET_WALLPAPER to help user set wallpaper for lock screen, home screen from this gallery app.
- Permission CAMERA to help user open camera from this gallery app.
- Permission INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE to Allows the app to access the internet, check the network connection status and type (e.g., Wi-Fi, cellular, or no connection).
- Permission MANAGE_MEDIA to allows an app to perform advanced management of media files on the device. This includes actions like accessing, modifying, or deleting media files beyond the normal scope of standard media permissions.
- Permission ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION This permission enables an app to read the location metadata stored in Exif (Exchangeable Image File Format) headers of media files, particularly images and videos..
- Permission RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED to help the application know when users boot completed phone to caculate and show notifications.

- Permission SET_WALLPAPER to Allows the app to set the device's home screen wallpaper.

- Permission POST_NOTIFICATIONS from Android 13 (API level 33), this permission allows an app to post notifications to the user.

We are not storing any of your personal data, images, photos, audios or videos in any of our servers, and we don’t sell your data to anyone. Whatever data is collected is for the sole purpose of providing our Services to you. Upon acceptance of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, if your phone number can be read from your SIM card, we privately send your phone number via an SSL encrypted connection to our server.


Advertisement
QuickPic Pro Gallery contains ads in the form of clickable links. Advertisement providers for those ads may collect data resulting from displays and clicks on their ads. Clicking on ads may also result in the collection of tracking and anti-fraud data, including your Android Advertising ID, IP address, phone model, language, Android version, cookies, pixels, anonymized identifiers, clicks, timestamps or ad topics. Our advertisement providers as of today is just Google AdMob. Users who don’t provide their consent when presented with the present terms will see arbitrary ads in the app since our advertisement providers will be informed that they are not allowed to collect user data to display personalized ads.
